The Experience

What it feels like to work together from the first message to your final gallery

Getting to Know Each Other

The process usually starts 1-2 years before the wedding day itself.

Once you reach out, we begin with a conversation about your plans, your atmosphere, and what matters most to you. I always want couples to feel comfortable before anything else. The connection between you and your photographer matters far more than people often realize because this is someone who will be with you throughout one of the most emotional days of your life.

We can arrange a video call or meet in person if possible. This gives us space to talk naturally about the wedding, your ideas, and any questions you might have.

Once everything feels right, we move forward with the contract and 25% booking deposit to officially secure your date.

2-8 weeks before: Planning Before the Wedding Consultation

As the wedding gets closer, we stay in touch and slowly refine the details together.

Some couples already have everything planned perfectly. Others are still figuring things out as the day approaches. Both are completely normal.

A few weeks before the wedding, we usually go through the timeline, important moments, locations, lighting, travel, family photos, and anything else that helps the day flow naturally. I also help couples think about the pacing of the day because photography is often affected more by atmosphere and timing than people realize.

The goal is never to over-plan every second. It is simply to create enough structure so you can fully relax once the wedding arrives.

2 Weeks Before: Full payment

A few days before the wedding, we confirm all final details together.

This is usually when couples start realizing everything is becoming real, and emotions begin building properly. I know that period can feel exciting and overwhelming at the same time, so I try to keep communication simple, calm, and reassuring.

At this stage, the remaining balance is settled if it has not already been completed earlier.

After that, there is nothing left to worry about except enjoying the experience.

Your Wedding Day

When the wedding day arrives, my role is to help things feel easier, not more stressful.

Most of the day is completely documentary and observational. I quietly follow the rhythm of the wedding rather than constantly directing it. I pay attention to emotions, movement, atmosphere, reactions, and all the small moments happening naturally around you.

You will never spend the entire day posing. During portraits, I gently guide you when needed so everything still feels relaxed and natural, but outside of that, I want you fully present with the people around you instead of thinking about the camera.

The strongest photographs usually happen when people forget they are being photographed at all.

3-7 Day After: A Small Preview

A few days after the wedding, you will receive a small preview gallery with some early moments from the day.

I love this part of the process because it allows couples to revisit the atmosphere while everything still feels fresh emotionally. After such an intense and fast-moving day, it is often the first real chance to slow down and take everything in properly.

6-8 Weeks: Your Full Gallery

Your final gallery is carefully edited and delivered within roughly 6–8 weeks.

Rather than simply sending hundreds of images, my goal is to tell the full story of the wedding honestly and naturally. The gallery includes the large emotional moments, but also the quieter details and interactions that help everything feel complete when you look back years later.

You receive the photographs through a private online gallery where you can download, share, and revisit everything easily with friends and family.

If you decide to create a wedding album afterward, we continue the process together and design something that feels personal to your story.
